About Karl Ove Knausgård
Karl Ove Knausgård was born in 1968 and is considered Norway’s most important contemporary author. The novels in his six-volume autobiographical project became a worldwide sensation. They have been translated into more than 30 languages and have won many prizes. Karl Ove Knausgård won the WELT Literature Prize in 2015 and the Austrian State Prize for European Literature in 2017. He lives in London.
