About Jussi Adler-Olsen
Jussi Adler-Olsen was born in 1950 and has been an author since 1997. His “longest detective novel in the world in ten chapters”, featuring Carl Mørck from Department Q in Copenhagen, is one of the most successful thriller series worldwide. His award-winning books, many of which have been adapted to film, have been published in 45 languages. An expansive new Netflix production of the Department Q series by US director and producer Scott Frank premiered in 2025. Jussi Adler-Olsen has invited crime experts Line Holm and Stine Bolther to work with him on the long-awaited continuation of the bestselling series.
