A Song of Ice and Fire – Stefan Kaminski reads George R. R. Martin
“Game of Thrones” – the record-breaking HBO series – conjured up on stage. At lit.COLOGNE, actor and voice artist Stefan Kaminski reads from the literary source material for the incomparable hit series: George R. R. Martin’s epic fantasy saga “A Song of Ice and Fire”. Whispering, bellowing, soothing, whining – Kaminski breathes life into the inhabitants of Westeros with great linguistic virtuosity, playing the whole unforgettable ensemble of characters: the devious Lannisters and the indomitable Starks; Jon Snow, who was born to lead; and “Mother of Dragons” Daenerys Targaryen. The evening is hosted by writer and journalist Marion Brasch, who guides us through this complex labyrinth of battles for the throne, power struggles, treachery and visions. Valar morghulis, friends of the Seven Kingdoms, assemble!
