About Nefeli Kavouras
Nefeli Kavouras, born in Bamberg in 1996, studied cultural studies and now works as a freelance literary event organizer, presenter, and author. She lives in Hamburg, works at mairisch Verlag, and has been curating the altonale literature program since 2023. She has also organized other literary festivals such as SORBET (the culinary reading festival) and the international reading series Hafenlesung. Since 2020, she has been hosting the literary podcast laxbrunch with Hamburg author Anselm Neft. In 2023, she received the Hamburg Literature Prize for her as yet unpublished novel manuscript.
