About Christian Bau
Christian Bau, born in Baden in 1971, was the best apprentice of his year and was gripped by a passion for culinary excellence. He honed his skills at the famous Schwarzwaldstube restaurant and has been realizing his vision of contemporary haute cuisine at Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau since 1998 as head chef and host. He lives by his motto “Do things with passion or not at all” every day. Perhaps that is the secret to his success in maintaining 3 Michelin stars for 20 years.
