About Anna Sophie Herken
Anna Sophie Herken wants to ensure that women in leadership positions are finally recognized not only as a matter of fairness, but also of performance and economic success. She is a former Allianz manager, serves on multiple supervisory boards, and has been a member of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since summer 2023.
