About Sarah Welk
After finishing high school, Sarah Welk worked as a supermarket cashier, a dishwasher, an advertising clerk, a nanny, a cloakroom attendant and, finally, for many years as a journalist with the Tagesschau news program on ARD. Nowadays she only writes books. She lives with her husband, two children and six chickens on the North Sea coast.
