About Renate Lingor
During her career as a Bundesliga soccer player, which lasted from 1992 to 2008, Renate Lingor played in 149 international matches for the German women's national soccer team and numerous Bundesliga matches for 1. FFC Frankfurt and SC Klinge Seckach. She was also captain of the most successful women's soccer club, 1. FFC Frankfurt, and led the team to many successes.
Renate Lingor studied sports science and holds a DFB A coaching license. She has been working for the German Football Association since 2006, was an ambassador for the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup™ in Germany from 2008 to 2011, and is now responsible for team management of the junior national teams in the DFB's Women's and Girls' Football Department.
