About Moritz von Uslar
Born in Cologne in 1970, Moritz von Uslar was an editor at Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazine and Der Spiegel. Today he works as a reporter and interviewer for Die Zeit. His works include the theater plays “Freunde” (2000), “Freunde II” (2001), “Lulu” (2004), the interview collections “100 Fragen an...” (2004) and “99 Fragen an...” (2014), the novel “Waldstein oder Der Tod des Walter Gieseking am 6. Juni 2005” (2006) and the column collection “Auf ein Frühstücksei mit...” (2017). The documentary novel “On German Soil” (2010) was awarded the Fontane Prize by the town of Neuruppin and filmed for the big screen by André Schäfer (2014).
