About Katja Riemann
Katja Riemann is one of the best-known actresses in the German-speaking countries. With finesse, she traverses between commercial cinema and art-house film and is likewise at home in the worlds of theater and music. She is a UNICEF ambassador and was awarded the German Federal Cross of Merit for this work in 2010. She recently published two non-fiction books, “Everyone has. No one shall. Project Trips” (2020), about humanitarian work, and “The Time of Fences” (2024) on places of refuge. “Fog and Fire” (2025) marks her debut as a novelist.
