About Giulia Enders
Giulia Enders conducted research for her doctoral thesis at the Institute for Microbiology in Frankfurt am Main. In 2012, she gained fame for her Science Slam contribution “Darm mit Charme”, which formed the founation for her international bestselling book “Gut”. “Organisch” [“Organic”] is her second book.
