About Beatrice Faßbender
Beatrice Faßbender, born in Reinbek in 1972, is a translator, editor, presenter and journalist and she stages literary events. She has translated books by authors such as Eliot Weinberger, Sarah Bernstein and Priya Basil. She published the anthology “New York. Eine literarische Einladung” [“New York: A Literary Invitation”]. Together with Ulrich Rüdenauer, she curated the 43rd edition of the Baden-Württemberg Literature Days festival (2026). Sie lives in Berlin and Bad Mergentheim.
