Born in 1971, Anke Stelling studied at the German Institute for Literature Leipzig (DLL) and has won numerous awards for her writing work, most recently the Friedrich Hölderlin Prize from the City of Homburg in 2019. Her novel “Full Length Windows” was on the long list for the German book prize and her book “Sheep in the Dry” won the Leipzig Book Fair Prize. Her first children’s book, “Erna and the Three Truths”, was on the “best seven” list of radio broadcaster Deutschlandfunk and was selected for the White Ravens catalogue in 2017.
