About Kevin Brooks
Kevin Brooks was born in 1959 near Exeter in England and studied in Birmingham and London. He earned a living through a variety of temporary jobs before becoming a full-time writer after the enormous success of his debut novel “Martyn Pig”. He has won renowned prizes for his work, including the German Children’s Literature Award several times and the Carnegie Medal for “The Bunker Diary”. His thriller “Finn Black. Der falsche Deal” won the Leipzig Reading Compass in March 2018.
