Wilma Geldof (right) was born in 1962 and worked for many years in mental health care and at the Child Care and Protection Board in the Netherlands. Her first children’s book was published in 2001. In “The Girl with the Braids”, she tells the story of resistance fighter Freddie Oversteegen, who appears with her in this photo.
