Dita Zipfel
Dita Zipfel was born in 1981 in Kiel and initially worked as a teacher in North Friesland after completing her studies. In 2018, she published her first theatrical plays “Wenn wir tanzen, summt die Welt” and “Die erstaunlichen Abenteuer der Maulina Schmitt” as well as her two picture books “Tractor’s Coming Too” and “Monsta”. “How Madness Explained the World to Me” is her first young adult novel and won the Hamburg Advancement Award for Literature.
