Bärbel Schäfer is a well-known TV and radio presenter. She has won the Golden Camera and was nominated for the German Radio Award in 2017 and 2018. The journalist has authored several successful non-fiction books. Every Sunday, she interviews a high-profile guest on radio station hr3. She also conducts interviews for “Mann, was fühlst du?”, a series about emotions. Bärbel Schäfer is married and has two children. During the first two Covid lockdowns, she took part in Ruhr University’s loneliness study.
